Return policy and money back

Goods and services purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within the time frame and procedure in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".


Conditions for return

It is not possible to return goods without a sales receipt or a copy of a sales receipt.


Exchange and return of good quality goods

You can exchange a product of proper quality, if it does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration, for a similar product. The exchange of goods is made within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, provided that the goods were not in use, remain market condition, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash register receipt or other document confirming the payment of the specified goods. The absence of a cash register receipt or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to refer to testimony.

By agreement with you, the exchange of product can be made upon receipt of a similar product for sale. If a similar product is not on sale on the day of circulation, you have the right to demand a refund of the amount paid for the specified product (Article 25 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

If you have presented a claim for the return of the amount paid for the product, it is satisfied within ten days from the date of the corresponding request (Article 22 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"). In case of refusal of the buyer from the product of good quality, the cost of delivery of the goods and sending it back (by mail) is not refundable.



Products from the list of goods approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation №55 dated 01/19/98 are not subject to exchange and return.

Exchange and return of goods of inferior quality

If you received a product of inferior quality (which is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities), you have the right to return or exchange the product. If the product is part of a set, you can return either the entire set or only the defective part (and get money back in proportion to the value of this part). In the event that a defective item is sent to us (by mail), we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

We provide customers with the opportunity to check the goods for defects within 14 days. If damaged goods are discovered by you after 14 days, we reserve the right at our own expense to request an expert opinion that the damaged goods arose before the transfer of the goods to the consumer or for reasons that arose after this moment. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects in the goods have arisen due to circumstances for which the seller is not responsible, the Buyer will be obliged to reimburse the costs of the examination, as well as the costs associated with storage and transportation of the goods. The expert opinion can be challenged in court.

Goods for which the guarantee period is established - repair, exchange or return is possible during the warranty period.



Procedure for the return of goods

Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out only in the presence of the store manager. The buyer fills out an application in the established form. Funds are issued only after the manager has signed and deciphered the signature on the buyer's receipt and statement.



Refund

The amount paid for the goods is refunded in the same way as it was deposited. For a refund, you must present:

cashier's check

passport

Cash refunds will not be made without presenting a passport.
